Every 2000km to change is best for bikes. HP racer 4 , Elf moto gold oils are best engine oils for bikes.

Can u tell me how much oil should I add to front fork of my bajaj boxer delux 100 cc bike? not same amount of ct 100 bike

Hi Hirantha, there are many reasons for abnormal motorcycle tire wear, the trick is in identifying which one pertains to your bike and front forks are at the top of the "Usual Suspects" list the main culprit is a leaky fork seal on one side only, fluid leaks out slowly over time causing an unbalance in front fork dampening resulting in abnormal front tire wear. This is why a service manual, for your particular make-model-year, is mandatory in obtaining factory specifications to resolve such issues. If you are experiencing rough or hard spring action in your front end then you have put in too much fork oil or the wrong weight also the Bajaj Boxer Deluxe BM 100 and the Bajaj CT 100 are two different motorcycles and may have different fork oil capacities. Bajaj boxer motorcycle 100cc gearbox and engine lubrication maintainance. do gearbox need lubrication? which type of lube?

Oil changes are all you need to do for engine lubrication. 10w40 motor oil is what goes into the gearbox. NEVER use synthetic lubricants in the engine. Thay can mess up the clutch. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

How i can modify my old bajaj boxer if possible please send me some other racing bikes spares with prices , so that i can change the old look.

Hi, Rschdry47 for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your vehicle to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. Which type of engine oil should i use in my Pulsar 150?

I have been using Castrol Active (Grade - 20 W 40) in this bike and have never faced any problems. Do not use the Castrol Power 1. Also get the engine oil changed after every 2500 kms. (get it replaced after 500 - 600 kms during the 1st service and after that change every 2500 kms)
