Hi, Anonymous you may need to overhaul your carburetor for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your vehicle to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. This problem might b due to some block in your bik's carburetor better suggest ur mechanic to clean it up thoroughly and this may fix ur prob. Even then if ur having the same problem then change to a new carburetor...try 2 fix this problem as soon as possible else you ll get very low milage......

SOURCE: cbr 125 choke problem
It sounds like the choke line may not have been routed correctly when the new one was installed. Remove the gas tank and check to see that the line is not being stretched anywhere along the way AND that the gas tank when re-installed is not stretching the line. The line may have been kinked when installed. Look at the mechanical movement of the choke at the carb. Does it operate freely? Remove the air filter and look inside the center of the carb, (you may need to use a small mirror for this), does it look like the choke is opening and closing properly when the choke is moved on and off?

Check your gasoline filter if there's one, check the air filter, also check or just replace your spark plug(s)...
Most other things that should be done by a mecanic are like maybe cleaning the carburator(s), checking the ignition, see wether there is damage inside the cilinder...
I hope this is helpful, and greetings,
