I have had the same problem with my bike, but found out that the jets were wrong and had to down size two times and now i have had no problems starting up or if i have stalled the bike it only takes about kicks to get it running again.

& before you shut the engine down give it a couple of handfulls of throttle, if the engine warms up & stalls the plug will foul, if you touch the throttle when you kick it over the carb will flood & the plug will foul. you will end up with a huge right leg & a passionate hate for all things yz trust my my right leg is only just come back into proportion!

What plugs are you using, did you try a NGK CR8E?.

When you remove the plug,is it wet with black oily deposits or is the plug dry with a black deposit, also check if the plug has a greyish white appearance,is there deposits between the two electrodes....?If you can give more info maybe I can assist.
