2009 ford flex heater blowing out cold air all the time won't get warm?

Start by checking your engine coolant. If the level is good, let it warm up and feel the heater hoses. They might be hard to find. They look like radiator hoses, just narrower. If both hoses are hot, you may have a problem with the blend door. It controls the temperature of the air coming out of the vents. Good luck.

Does a 2009 xle camry require synthetic oil?

Not for normal driving, a good quality oil grade SN or better is fine. If you drive hard, tow a lot, or drive in very dusty, hot or cold climates, a synthetic oil eg Castro Edge, is a good idea.

Air conditioner worked great until 2 days ago...2009 Accord...first start car blows cold, then goes to hot and stays there ...

Check and make sure your belt is not worn, if it slips under power, then your compressor will not work. Also low Coolent in your compressor will cause it to run sporadically.

Or your vacuum that runs the hot to cold air valve is leaking, check all vacuum hoses for leakage.

The serious problem would be a the plunger type vacuum actuator to have a hole in it, if so equiped, They can be hard to get too.

I have a 2008 KX450F. Starts on 1st kick when cold but really hard to start when hot. Also have trouble with the idle, it is idling very fast but will eventually slow down to normal idle if i let it sit...

There is no reason for the idle to take 10-15 seconds to slow to normal. perhaps you have a vacume leak. check all your seal and gaskets between the engine and the carb.also when it is running spray gummout spray or equivilent around the gasket edges between the engine and the carb, if the idle increases when you spray then you have a vacume leak. (intake leak). It may be that this is causing it to be hard to start when it is hot.(not getting enough fuel)
