the yamaha has a lithe spring inside the cover on the right side where the shift bar comes out if it broke that is the problem of the gears no the rear set

SOURCE: changing yzf r1 frame
you wont get one, you just have to figure it out as you go. start by stripping all your bodywork off and removing the engine, then the front forks rear wheel and wiring harness. then replace it all on your new frame. keep your work area clean and tidy, mark all electrical connections you have to undo with tape and write on it where they re-connect to.

SOURCE: 2005 yzf-r1 no head lights
That is probably the handlebar hi / lo (or lights on / off if fitted) switch or no power to it
Check for power at the headlamp fuse
If no then suspect the ignition switch or wiring / connectors to it
If yes then check for power going into handlebar switches
If no then check wiring / connectors to them
That will isolate the problem for you

The colour code should be on the frame, usually under the seat.To find a supplier, just use a search engine and find a distributor locally. Or order it online.
