SOURCE: backfire

Yes, it could (and probably is) be an air leak. Check to be sure the carb is tight in the intake manifold, and make sure the hot-start isn't loose and is sealing properly. Also make sure all of the exhaust system joints are tight, an air leak in the exhaust will make a four-stroke pop and backfire like an old work truck with no muffler...

Pulsar 180 engine heating very soon and sounds loud

Check the oil level. An oil change should be carried out anyway about every 6 months, and filter change every 12. All dependent on the amount of use it gets.

Try replacing the spark plug.
Recheck the air-mixture screw setting....
Normal setting is 2 and half to three turns outwards....
whne you cleaned the carburator..hope you blew the jets well with compressed air.
Hope this helps!
