I have lost my key to my yamaha 1100 vstar classic i have a key code but i cant find anyone in the area that can cut one by that, that works i have even taken the igination off and noone seems to know how...

Assuming your dealer can't do it, just as a matter of customer relations he should find someone who can.Find and contact the regional manager for Yamaha and ask for his assistance.
Worst case is you go to a locksmith and have him make a key from impressions on a blank key. Call a few locksmiths to see who has some key blanks and is able to do the magic.

Alternate to all the above is to Google " motorcycle salvage yamaha " and get a good used switch for cheap.

Need a good starter clutch vstar xvs1100a 2005

Are you saying you missed an oil change, and they won't fix the starter problem? Sounds like I would find another place to take the bike and see if they will fix it under warranty.
