This is likely to be an air leak at the carb or manifold. The leak would thin the fuel/air mixture and account for the problem. Tighten every screw and bolt in the carb / manifold area. With a little luck this may fix the problem.

My 1998 ford explorer runs ruff it idles at about 500- 700 rpm real ruff and driving it is ruff and very jerky no codes come up

The computer is the only thing that will not throw a code since it cannot tell on itself, but have you checked to see if there is water in the fuel? Seafoam is a good product to use to try and displace any water in the fuel. I am not saying to do this, but... on my offroad car (not for street legal use*) I pour one bottle of the 90% isopropyl alcohol in the tank with as low of a tank of gas as possible, and it usually does the trick. Water in the fuel will do pretty much exactly as you are describing, so it might be worth it to try one of those suggestions, hopefully someone with one of these trucks will be able to shine some light on the subject, good luck

Timing belt runs ruff. when it gets hot it stops

The ruff noise you have on the timing belt shows the belt quality, which is better to change the belt with a recommended by the manufacturer, for better results and more protection and safety.

Steering head split while riding 2006 zx14 model, not an impact accident, front forks did not bend

The ZX14 is not subject to such a failure without some type of instigation. I have repaired many ZX14 that have been in accidents and the forks appear to be stronger than the steering head. This means that the steering head area will bend / break before the forks will. The most common cause for broken steering head is the Wheelie. When the bike comes back down from the wheelie it has very high impact on the steering head. I would suggest a new frame as repairing a broken steering head can be very dangerous.

Thanks and I hope that this helps.

I have a 2006 KX250F that idles ruff, or surges up-down-up-down. It runs good on top. ???

This is likely to be an air leak at the carb or manifold. The leak would thin the fuel/air mixture and account for the problem. Tighten every screw and bolt in the carb / manifold area. With a little luck this may fix the problem.

Engine runs ruff until high rpms for 2 mo. now runs ruff then smoth, ruff then smoth at all speeeds

Hello. I recommend that you go to any auto parts store and purchase two bottles of dry gas and one bottle of another fuel additive called Seafoam. Pour all three bottles into the gas tank. Then drive for a few miles and you may have solved your problems. Joe

2000 grand prix, 3800 when it warms up losses power

I would have to say the fuel/water separator filter is clogged up. The filter will remove water and crud from the gas. It looks more like a small can under the car. If the car set up with a low tank of gas, water will condensate inside and once the new fuel sloshes around it gets all this junk off the walls of the tank and that gets sucked in the filter. Try and replace that first..
