Hey dont mean to be the bearer of bad news but removing the baffles made it sound cooler but not run better the problem is that reduced back pressure means the exhaust is not restricted enough to keep the raw fuel that comes out of the engine as it runs near the exhaust outlet to help that new charge of fuel to burn yep the engine has valve over lap that does this and the lack of baffs means its not happing the right way you need to accent the fuel flow (power comander product) a power comander hooks in to the computer harness and fixes all of your problems now to address the wife start with Honey Please.

Cooling system diagram for 2005 suzuki boulivard

You didnt state which boulevard you have. The C50 model has a reserve coolant tank located under a large chrome cover on the left side to the rear of the engine below the painted frame cover. The S50 model is a closed system that has a non fillable reserve tank located in the neck of the frame. This model requires removing the radiator cover and radiator cap to verify radiator is full.

When i first start my c50 boulivard 2009 it sounds like their is a rod nock it last for about 5 minuets can you help me find out what it is

Engine noise is a very subjective thing to diagnose second-hand, but the C50/Vol engine is notoriously noisy, being referred to as the "angry sewing machine". The valves are quite loud in comparison to other bikes- especially if adjusted properly, and do quiet down after warmup. If the noise you have is more violent, one culprit may be the cam chain tensioner- some have experienced early failures of these, and they can make quite a racket.
