Hi mate the valve clearances when cold are 0.03 to 0.08 mm for intake and exhaust.i have a 1992 gs400e myself and you wont find a manual for this bike,good luck Dom

SOURCE: valve clearance check

the only time i would worry about getting the clearance on the valves checked is if the bike starts acting up there is no need to break the gasket seal just to check something that is probably alright anyway

The valve clearance settings for the 2005 RMZ450 when the engine is cold are > Exhaust .006 to .009 > Intake .005 to .007, per the factory service manual.

I have suzuki swift 1993, i want to know the valve clearance in mm at intake and outlet

if in usa , open hood, look up, see white sticker.
its right there, if not usa, state engine type there are many.
sammi can have, G13 or G16 motors.
way say swift and sammi at same ttime?

Valve Clearance

valve clearance, with engine hot, intake valves are .005-.006 in, exhaust valves are .011 in, if engine is cold then its intake .009-.011 in and exhaust is .007. hope this helps good luck.

1992 sidekick jx 1.6 liter eng sohc idels low at times lacks power when pushing on gas pedal and stalls when stopping

Try adjusting the idle speed to specification. Try also to check for leaks in your intake manifold. Check also the valve clearance. If all checks are alright, have somebody look into your emission system components.
