Question about 1999 Honda Deauville NTV 650
Baz. As per the Hayes manual. Coolant reservoir behind left-hand panel. Panel held in place by one screw, peg and tabs. Remove seat and screw holding panel, pull panel away from frame to release the peg and upwards to release the tags. Hope it’s helpful.

Hi I had the same problem, It is under the seat. Use the key to release the seat catch and bang the seat towards the tank and it should come free. When you fill up with water do it slowly otherwise you may get an air lock.
