Question about Motorcycles
Does it have a kick starter so you can verify mechnical ability of engine to run? If so but will not electrically start as your question indicates then you have lost battery power to the starting system. Possible causes coul be many, blown fuse, loose battery cables or bad battery. poor harness connector connections. I have seen many problems with Chineese units due to connectors seperating due to the lack of a locking mechanism on the connectors. Could be a side stand switch or brake switch issue if the unit has these circuits. Do you normally have to apply the brake for the starter to work? Wire across the brake switch to diagnose the switch. Hope this helps!

125cc isn't a very big engine to push a scooter with a windshield. Adding a windshield dramitcally increases the load on that little engine. Kymco does have one and Your dealer can probably order it for you. You can also find it on http://www.kymcousa.com/access/windscree...

could be one of a few things. Most likely fuel related. 1) carb blocked main jet (whip it out n clean it) 2) air filter clogged up or split (remove spark plug and if it is black there is too much fuel and either the airfilter is blocked up or the choke is stuck on, if it is very white there is too much air getting infrom either a split air filter or leaking inlet pipe) 3) change spark plug.
