No water in oil ,fans working had intake manifold gasket replaced last year January radiator flushed; can you help me find a solution?
Sounds like head gasket, shes putting pressure out into your rad, check your big hose when idling see if they swell up with pressure,another way to check is to leave rad cap loose.

TO BLEED COOLANT SYSTEM WITH ENGINE COOL LOCATE BLEEDER SCREW AT WATER PUMP BY HOSE OPEN BLEEDER SCREW A LITTLE TO LET SOME AIR OUT WHILE YOU.POUR ANTIFREEZE IN RADIATOR.WHEN RADIATOR COOLANT LEVEL STOP DROPPING CLOSE BLEEDER SCREW AT WATER PUMP BYPASS HOSE.START ENGINE LET IDLE UNTIL GET WARM AND COOLANT DROPS IN RADIATOR ADD MORE COOLANT.WHEN COOLANT START RISING AT RADIATOR.PUT CAP ON RADIATOR LET VECHICLE IDLE A LITTLE AT A TIME.UNTIL THERMOSTAT OPENS THEN YOU CAN WAIT A LITTLE WHILE TAKE A LARGE RAG OVER RADIATOR CAP OPEN A LITTLE YOU WILL HEAR AIR STEAM HISS THROUGH CAP BUT DONT OPEN ALL THE WAY.WHEN HISSING STOP SLOWLY OPEN RADIATOR CAP A LITTLE AT A TIME SO YOU WONT GET SCALDED.YOU CRANK ENGINE UP A LITTLE STOP WAIT A WHILE BEFORE OPEN RADIATOR CAP.KEEP DOING THIS PROCEDURE UNTIL RADIATOR COOLANT STOP DROPPING.WHEN COOLANT STOP DROPPING.BLEEDING COOLANT SYSTEM COMPLETE.IF VECHICLE KEEP OVER HEATING CHECK OIL CRANK CASE LOOK LIKE MILK SHAKE YOU HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET.

water pump may not be sealed, have a look under the car for a few drips if it was the theromstat the pipes would expand not collapse. or maybe any water hose thats not sealed properly

The rust is probably in the engine. There are many little pockets, water ways, water jackets (around the cylinders), etc, so getting all the rust out without dunking the block and heads in a cleaning tank is about imposible. I would recommend giving it really good flush every 4 to 6 months. I would try flushing the radiator before replacing it because it is probably not rusted, even though it is full of gunk.

The is likely air trapped in your cooling system and as it moves the problem comes and goes. Check your coolant level and apply vacuum to the surge take to evacuate the air pockets.
