There are at least two gear shafts, please specify. In general, this kind of repair requires someone that has proper knowledge, training, and tools to complete properly.

Repair gearbox sharft

Each prop shaft from different manufacturers is removed diferently. But- once out - a press with a couple wood blocks can straighten it provided it is just a slight wobble. If the prop can not be put on, it should be replaced.

While its out check the area the seal rides and see if it is worn badly. If a deep grove and it's shedding metal, you should replace it. I've had no luck with "speedy sleeves" in a marine environment.

Wat is the sharft called that the gear leaver sits on and where could i get one asap

Technicaly it is designated " Lever-comp-change shaft ". Ask the parts counter for that and they will kinda look at you funny. Generally they are called a " shift shaft ". Your Kawasaki dealer should have one or you can go online to Babbitt's and get one there. tombones49_2.png

Need help to realine tail sharfs Nisan Twin cab 1998 D22 Have a vbration when excelerating. Have put new clutch in and forgot to mark where tail sharft aligns

check your center support bearing on the shaft assembly. its most likely broken. its somewhat in the middle og the drive shaft. it has rubber boot. something tells methat the boot is torn and bearing has play in it. check and replace if you see separation/beeing broken.

Gear slipping in dewalt dw056

Those gears are only held on the motor with their tight fit, if yours is slipping that easily the motor will have to be replaced. The new motor will have that gear on it.

2005 yz 250 shifting problems

Well. I'm a motorcycle mechanic and my 2004 RMZ 250 recently did the same thing, The Shift forks inside my transmission actually bent and were not moving the gears as far as they needed to go and eventually got to where it quit shifting all together, recently also repaired a CR 125 That wouldn't shift at all and it was the shaft the shift forks go on was bent and hung the shift forks. Sounds like your shift forks are bent to me though.

How to remove gear from arbor shaft on cut off saw?

The fact that there is no screw suggests its a push fit. Without knowing the machine, I am taking an educated guess, but suggest you will need a hydraulic press.
