Question about 2005 Yamaha YZF-R1
The engine does not start unless I use the starter fluid, and even when I use that it only starts for a couple of seconds. Whats wronge with it and how do I fix it?
You either have a bad fuel pump. or first check fuses and make sure u'r have no blown fuses to the pump.

yup, your starter is gone
something with the solenoid
since it's clicking it engages and disengages
but then again, the clicking could also be caused by low battery
this happened to me one time, but bike started up no problem....

The colour code should be on the frame, usually under the seat.To find a supplier, just use a search engine and find a distributor locally. Or order it online.
