When you put in your new rings make sure you check the ring end gap if the gap is not right it will not lube the rings properly thus ending up with broken rings

I have a sears airless paint sprayer, model# 165 155282 have done total cleaning and it doesn't spray any help, thanks

This is not the best mechine in the world . But it will work you need to know how to clean it .
The problem you are haveing is what called the lower ball is stuck
The way the pump works is their is a pistion it goes up and down it has packings that slide over the shaft of the pistion .
The pistion and packings slide into the cylinder .The packings seal the pistion shaft as well as the cylinder .When the pistion moves up driven by the motor it creates a suction on the lower ball at the botton lifts it up paint comes in to the system .
Now the pistion travels down driven by the motor this puts downward force on the lower ball it seals againest its set .Now paint can't get in or out of the lower ball system.
But the pistion is traveling down and this craetes pressure so the paint has to up at this point .Its still traped inside the cylinder so now it pushes the upper ball up and that sends it to the hose and the tip and the paint sprays out .This cycle repeats over and over ..
The problem is if you don't clean the mechine paint stays in it and ends up at the lowest point witch is the lower ball and sticks it to the seat .
The mechine can't create enough pressure to un stick the ball from its seat so it will not pick up paint its glued .
What you need to do is take the lower part of the apart enough so you can stick something inside to move the ball up and free it .
Then it will work again .
AND NEXT TIME YOU USE IT CLEAN IT TWICE SO ALL YOU SEE IS CLEAN WATER COMEING OUT THE HOSE .
And if your going to store it put paint thinner with some kind of oil mixed in it I like marvals miricle oil if you have leather packings it keeps them from drying out .Also keep all filters clean and if you use the primer run water through to .Keep it clean and it will work

When Should the pistion and rings need changing in a WR 426 2002 modle It Has about 4000klm on it and is keeped in good condition service oil ect Thanks

When the compression gets down to 110 psi it is time for a top end job. With only 4000klm on the bike it will be a long time before the need arises.

White smoke coming out exhaust

well if it is white smoke and smells a little fishy, that is anti-freeze burning up so your head gasket mostlikely needs to be replace. but if it is a blueish white smoke that is oil being burn and that mean that you need to change your oil. if you have been changing you oil normally and it is giving you that then that means your pistion rings are worren. if you don't want to replace them you could put a heavier oil in like if normally you use 10w-30 you could put in 20w-50 in and that should help. worren pistion rings allow excess oil to get into the pistion chamber and that is why it burns it up, This should also be noticed by you oil level dropping faster then normal too.

Not sure why you would need these! This is a really simple process. Remove bar and chain brake cover. Disconnect choke and throttle lever, muffler, and 4 screws with your allen wrench, i've never even attempted it before and just took my about an hour to complete the entire process. Just make sure to note how carb goes together, you can mix a few parts up if your not careful.

You can find aftermarket kits to with cylinder, pistion, rings and all for around $60-100.

Brakes

Use a C-Clamp, tighten down on the caliper and pistion at a moderate to slow speed. I had a similar problem with my 300ZX brakes not wanting to retract all the way, come to find out, the piston had come out far enough to let dirt in , and was locking up the pistion. I had to blow the piston out of the caliper, wash the pistion and caliper well, thouroughly with brake fluid, and the put the piston back in. If you are not comfy with the idea of doing that, you may have to replace that caliper.
