yes it is,,,when its cold and dark you use the lights more often than in summer and its only a small battery fitted to these bikes if you get two years use out of them thats about all your going to get realy i bet you use the starter every time you start the bike up even if its still warm? thats realy knocking the life out the battery and the bike is working extra hard to recharge the battery as well as run all the lights it only has a small geny fitted? if you have a kick starter fitted??? try kicking it over to save the battery
its that or buy a new battery,,,
