Check Drag Specialties or Dennis Kirk. Both have websites.

SOURCE: removing bearing from rear wheel 03 ultra classic

you could use a blind hole bearing remover w/slide hammer these bearing are suppose to be tight and straight.if they are removed and installed wrong you could ruin the hub. Harley switched to sealed wheel bearings in 2000 earlier models were tappered bearings.

SOURCE: I bought an HD 2011

Usually brake squealing is caused by a contaminant getting on the rotor and the pads. This includes almost any chemical other than water. Most of the time the culprit is spray wax that is used on the bike with the overspray getting on the rotors. That tire gloss stuff will do it as well. Once the brakes are applied and the contaminate gets into the brake pads, about the only way to eliminate it is by replacing the pads. Make sure you clean the rotors with brake parts cleaner and it wouldn't hurt if you can rough the surface of the rotor a bit as well.

Good Luck
Steve

How to assemble the parking brake on a 2012 Harley tri glide

Hi, Kathleen for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can not find the best tool you ever bought for your Harley Trike, despair not, for a mere $13 you can download a special package that includes a Service Manual, Trike Supplement, and an Electrical Diagnostic Manual. These manuals would cost $160 if you bought them from Harley.

Can rear rotors be turned

Hi, Kris excellent question the answer is yes but not necessary the rotors are made of stainless steel and do not leave a nice shiny smooth surface as you would expect after being turned. Unless they are warped or damaged or pass minimum wear specs I would just deglaze them with some Scotch Brite pads and upgrade to ceramic brake pads for longevity. Rear brakes and rotors wear out quickly

Is this light scoring or heavy scoring. You may be riding in dirty or sandy conditions. You should also lift the bike and spin the wheel to see if the brakes are dragging. You do not mention the pads. Are they heavily worn ie thin or not?

Remove fuel tank on 2011 Tri Glide FLHTCUTG

Remove the seat, disconnect the fuel line, remove the front fuel tank fastener(s) and the rear fuel tank fastener, if you had a console you would also remove this to get underneath it to disconnect wires etc under it.
