Question about 2011 Yamaha WR250R
The fuse box is behind the left hand side-cover, below the battery and towards the back of the bike. The main fuse is a 30A blade fuse.

It appears to be under the headlight cowel from what im seeing online check this thread out
if its not there try under the tank and seat
and if still no luck under sidepannels just because most things like that tend to be close to the battery
