SOURCE: can you replace the bearnings

I dont know of any bearings in the basket. The clutch consists of the basket(drum), clutch shoes(3 of) on a centre hub and disc-spring stacks(one stack to each shoe) consisting of disc springs(that look like washers) and a bolt. All of which can be replaced seperately.
To remove undo the centre lock nut.Get the drum assembly off the crank(you'll need a puller for this). Take the shoe assembly out of the drum. Mearure the inner diametre of the drum and the outer diammetre of the shoe assembly. The difference between the 2 measurements should be between 1.50mm an 2.00 mm. If the difference is bigger you can insert a shim between the center hub and shoes up yo a maximum of 1mm shim, then you'll need to replace the shoe. Clean the disc springs and check for wear. Replace if needed.
The quickest way to mess up your clutch is to run on old oil. Change the transmission oil after a maximum of 5 hours riding. It needs about a cup full(250ml) so it is really not expensive considering a set of clutch shoes will set you back $60. Dont neglect this.

06 ktm 50 jr, runs good cold, but heats up quick. When hot its not as responsive, bogging on bottom end, sounds bad. Clears up in mid to top. Piston, rings, cyl, water pump all look fine and appear to be...

Thank you for contacting FixYa with your inquiry.
Sounds like you have a low coolant, restricted flow, or a water pump issue.

Make sure the coolant is present when cold and up to the top fill level. If not fill with 50% antifreeze and water solution.
Go to this link and drill down to info below. Check out the visual of the radiator parts. http://cyclehuttktm.com/FicheFinderNew/FicheFinder.aspx 2005 > 50 SX PRO JUNIOR LC > ENGINE > COOLING SYSTEM
Inspect the radiator fins and make sure there is not any obstructions preventing air flow. Inspect all the fittings to make sure no dents or restrictions exist. Twists or kinks in hoses. Tighten all hose clamps to ensure no coolant is leaking. Drain the transmission fluid and refill it to the proper level (Low oil would increase low rpm friction)

Go to this link and drill down to the case parts: http://cyclehuttktm.com/FicheFinderNew/FicheFinder.aspx 2005 > 50 SX PRO JUNIOR LC > ENGINE > ENGINE CASE
Disassemble the water pump from the left side case and inspect the impeller and drive parts.
If you have the owners manual look under the problem solver section for overheating for pictorials.
Let us know if we can provide further assistance.
Kind regards,
TF

Washer will not high speed spin.

After determining that the motor is running at high RPM and nothing is dragging on the inner basket, check to see that the brake is releasing properly. If not, install clutch kit, p/n 285785 (around $50)
