If you ran it out of oil, chances are you're gonna need more than just rings. Good chance you will be rebuilding or replacing the motor.

SOURCE: Don`t know what type of oil to put in or how much.

Use 10w40 motor oil in the gear box. It takes .7 liters / .74 quarts. The stock spark plug is an NGK CR7HSA.

SOURCE: i was riding my bike died oil light came on i put

Oil light does not mean that you don't have oil inside. It means that there is NO pressure in the oil circuit. You should check your oil pump and hope it did not ruin your engine from lack of oil underneath the pistons.Measure the compression too.

SOURCE: hesitation at half to full throttle

I would guess if it runs good under half throttle, to be a dirty carb, or a worn spark plug or coil/wire.

HOW DO I SOLVE NOISY BRAKE PADS, ON 2008 VW BEATLE 2008. There is very little ware on brake pads.disk pads all round. Also is there any thing special, one needs to be aware of when pushing back pistons in...

No you sound like you know what your doing, there is nothing to be aware of when compressing the piston back in except make sure there is enough room in your reservoir for the extra fluid that will come back up (you may need to empty some out).
The problem with the noisy pads may be a little more tricky,
is it a squeeling noise you hear when brake?
is it a grinding noise (like metal on metal) when you brake?
or is it a constant noise?

if it is a squeeling noise the most likely senario is dust on the pads and disc's. this is normally a problem with cheap brake pads and may be solved by buying a more expensive brand.
if it is a grinding noise it may mean there is something else rubbing on the disc. once the wheel is off check for any rubbing marks from any part of the wheel or guards that are on the disc.

2004 explorer died while driving then won't start and sounds horrible shaking in engine. All lights and electric working. Little wrench light came on.

I dont know what the horibile shaking you are describing they seem to ussually just loose a fuel pump or a ignition module. If its a knock or grind it wont help you. if its metalic its a rod or timing chain. a rod or piston knocks and or rattles around timing chain grinds and or motor spins faster than ussual. Good Luck

My brakes make noise all the time

Pull the wheels(front first) check thicknes on brake pads. New pads have about 1/2"-5/8" of pad, if your's are around 1/4"-5/16" it's likely
the wear sensor is making the noise you hear. The sensor is a thin
piece of metal located on the end of the inside pad, it is designed to
rub the roter and make a squeeling sound to alert the driver that the
front brakes need service.
I will asume you have drum brakes on the rear, pull drum check the
shoes. Anything under 1/4" i would replace. It's always a good idea
to do both axels, unless one of them is new.
I don't know exactly what kind of sound you hear.If it's a grinding
not a squeaking, you may have waited to long, and it will be more
costly. The info. above will address the most common cause for your
problem, based on the info. you gave me. Hope this helps.
Good luck

Are my shocks air shocks or other?

no, your shocks are not air. they are worn out. when you are by the car make it bounce by pushing on the bumper several times fast. If it continues to bounce 2 or more times then its time for new shocks. My avalanche is doing the bouncing thing now. Just dont have the money to replace the shocks yet.

The grinding from the brakes is probably the feeler on the pads letting you know they are about to be worn out. The feeler scratches the rotor to make the noise. When the noise stops then the feeler has broken off and you are about to be brakeless.

Dryer started out squeeling and now is making loud sounds?

This is very likely due to bad drum support rollers which is really not a difficult repair on these dryers.
