SOURCE: dieing on acceleration
Pull the carb off the bike and clean it inside and out. Be sure main jet is clear. Re-mount carb and next Remove the water trap bowl at the bottom of the petcock, (gas valve). Dump it, clean it and re-mount it, ( not all bikes have a water trap bowl ). Turn the gas on, wait a moment for the float bowl to fill with gas then give it a try.
Chances are this will fix the problem.
Please rate this solution as a "FixYa" if it works. Thanks!

I have been working on my carb today, the pipe from the bottom of the carb should just run down by the bottom of the swinging arm, there should be another pipe from the pipe on the left side of the carb just above the fuel intake which also runs down to the swinging arm and connect to nothing.

this prob happens allways in carburated engines that the car or motorcycle is running lean or rich . because the air - fuel mixture ratio is not right . so you should open the carburator and remove the air filter you will find two screws in the lower front section of your caeburator. you can adjust them by a screw driver until your car is smooth

On most bikes, opening the pilot needle screw actually leans the mixture , as it is an air screw, not a fuel screw. I'm not for sure that this is the case in your bike, but if you can find out exactly what carb it has, I can tell you. Also, a freshly rebuilt engine is going to idle erraticaly until the rings are seated and broken in. Be sure to check your carb boots and vaccum lines for cracks and leaks, as a vaccum leak can cause a lean condition.
