the first thing u need to do is check the horn fuse..the location of the fuse box will be in the owners manual......if the fuse is blown u will need to have the short circuit found an repaired or the problem will happen again
I have looked and looked for this myself. I belive since one of the wires runs to the ecu. for the acc power it is branched off of some other . If you need a good reliable place to pull power. Use the power windows Breaker / fuse its on the passanger side it is on acc power for the key.
The other Direct battery feed for the radio is protected in the left fuse box on the drivers side.
Buy the Chilton manual from your local auto parts store. They're only $25 and will give you the wiring diagrams as well as help you trouble shoot your problems with the electrical.
