Check by plugging out the spark plug cups if it fires on each cylinder.
Also check the fuel pump (put your ear against the fuel tank while pressing the kill switch from "off" position to "on")

Hi, Ryan your ECM is/has generated a fault code for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Honda, despair not, for a mere zero $ you can download another one. For more information about your issue and valuable "FREE" downloads that you will need please click on the blue links below. Good luck and have a wonderful day.

First off, the bike you listed (2003 Honda CBR 954 RR Fireblade) has a throttle body injection system, so you have no carb, hence no float.

Heya i just bought a 2003 honda cbr 954 was running fine past week then as it got warm next few days after start up. started stalling and bogging down in 1st 2nd and then running ruff ,,,guy at honda...

If it has an aftermarket Fuel Injection programmer (like a dynojet powercommander), it may have lost its programming. Some of the older systems used a serial connection to upload/save FI programming...some newer ones use USB. You would need to identify if you have one - what model it is - then determine what map it needs and upload accordingly.

Sometimes the FI on the bike needs a reset or determine the code being generated. Here is a forum that lists the procedure:

Good Luck.

Is it your Fireblade or your car?
Either way check your battery connections, your starter connection and ignition contact.

Poor starting

since it is a 99 replace the fuel line and flush the bowl out for all the debris in the can (falling leaves, flies, any junk that could fall in the can)stalling then difficulty running is a fuel issue. Replace all the lines, and the filter your problem should go away.
