SOURCE: front wheel rubs

What is it rubbing? the fork? Is the wheel true? Are the forks equally extended. Pull the font wheel and have suzuki ck. If it is a spoke wheel then it just might need to be trued through adjustment of the spokes.

SOURCE: 1999 suzuki 800 intruder. I need instructions on

Removing the two bolts on either side of the bike, in front of the rear wheel will open the battery box door (You must look under the bike and locate the battery box). Locate the battery terminal bolts on either side of the frame. Remove the positive side first. The battery should then slide down from the box. Make sure you glue the nuts to the new battery terminal. Put the positive terminal back on the battery first to avoid a short when installing the new battery.

SOURCE: 1999 Suzuki intruder VS1400 misses and backfires

If the float needles/seats are worn, or the float levels are not set right, this can cause flooding and backfire in the exhaust, and poor mileage.

How do i see a manual for a 1999 1500 lc intruder

Hi, John the vast majority of service, parts, and owners manuals on the internet are "FREE" to download and all service manuals contain wiring diagrams in the back pages. The rest usually charge a modest fee around $10 and there is a handful of obscure, rare, obsolete, and very old models that are no longer or never were available, for these rare occasions I shall look on eBay and find the cheapest one available. Most of the manuals will cover your exact make, model, and year otherwise one will be provided that comes as close as possible to your bike and will have most of the same info that an exact manual would have.

Hi Eric, and the usual suspects are:
1. Wheels and/or tires worn or damaged.
2. Engine/transmission/vehicle not aligned properly.
3. Primary chain badly worn or links too tight as a result of insufficient lubrication or misalignment.
4. Engine to transmission mounting bolts loose.
5. Upper engine mounting bracket loose.
6. Ignition timing incorrect/poorly tuned engine.
7. Internal engine problem/flywheels shift.
8. Broken frame.
9. Stabilizer links worn or loose.
10. Rubber mounts loose or worn.
11. Rear fork pivot shaft nuts loose.
12. Front engine mounting bolts loose.

How to remove rear wheel on suzuki intruder 1500 LC

to remove the wheel, all you need to do is remove the caliper from the right side with allen wrench, move caliper and the swing arm up and away from the wheel. remove axle, jack the bike up and wiggle the tire to the right side and down, do not remove the final drive (learned this lesson the wrong way!)
