Question about Harley Davidson Motorcycles
Torque requirement for front wheel install
Hi John, here are your axle torque specifications for all late models 2000 and up.
1. Front axle nut 50-55 ft lbs.
2. Front fork slider cap nuts 11-15 ft lbs.
3. Front fork pinch bolt 30-35 ft lbs.
4. Rear axle nut 60-65 ft lbs.
Good luck and have nice day.

55 ft lbs on front 95 to 105 on rear ft lbs...Fork Cap just tighten it down real tight. I never bother to torque them. they have a lock washer. the one to the rear for some reason ALWAYS gets loose and should be checked say every 1000 miles. Never found one that came off they just get looser where as the front one stays tight.
