Question about 2002 Ducati 750 SS

Ignition of Duc 750 Monster is saying Na Int when key is put in.

Bike wont start and blinks Na Int when the key is put in the ignition.

    Wasnt in an accident, but it has been sitting for I think about a year and there seems to be a transmission problem. Just didnt know if the Na Int meant that it didnt recognize the key...

plugged filters fouled plugs etc.). With some simple TLC the bike is now running pretty strong. The only problem is that it revs very high for a long time before it comes down to a normal idle. If I tip the bike to one side, the idle drops to a normal level. Is something wrong with the carbs? I have no idea what would cause this. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!,Yeah, that would be my first guess. Might want to check the throttle & choke cables too, make sure they aren't gunked up or even hung up something. That's a weird one though ... not something I can easily diagnose over the internet ..,,,

well what you did there was start it but the fans still need the ignition switch to turn on all the electronics. for the starting problem, check the wiring from the battery to the relay. or even the actual ignition switch in the bars. see if the button is bad, that has been a small problem if the internal workings in the button get coroded or get miss aligned.

Sounds like you're using a black key that has a damaged chip, so the ICU will not recognized it and has immobilized the bike. Use the red key, or the spare black key if you have it. If you don't have a spare, scrounge the internet for various work arounds, otherwise it's a very costly repair.

Does the emobilizer and key have to be replaced if the wrong key was put in ignition and had to be pulled and wiggled pretty hard to remove now it wont start


When you turn the ignition switch to ON(II), the immobilizer system indicator should come on for a few seconds, then go out. If the indicator starts to blink, it means the system does not recognize the coding of the key. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK(0), remove the key, reinsert it, and turn the switch to ON(II) again.If the system repeatedly does not recognize the coding of your key will need a repair.

the transponder has to be set to the ignition switch see ford manual.
Note. non ford key wont work

Bellagio blinker lights start blinking


You have a short circuit somewhere in the bike. Visually check the wires that go to the ignition switch. Check all the wires going to and from the switch, look for green wire connectors. The power is back feeding through the electrical system. A corroded connector will cause this.

Hi Anonymous, and the usual suspects are:
1.Ignition/Light Key Switch not in IGNITION position.
2.Engine Stop switch in the OFF position.
3.Discharged battery, loose or corroded connections (solenoid chatters).
4. Bank Angle Sensor tripped and Ignition/Light Key Switch not cycled to Off and then back to Ignition
5. Starter control circuit, relay or solenoid faulty.
6. Electric starter shaft pinion gear not engaging or over-running clutch slipping.

The bike wont start when i put ignition on i usually here a humming noise then i start it,


most probably what you're hearing, is the ECU reprogramming itself when turning the key, you should wait for that sound to finish before starting the bike as trying to start it immediately could damage th electronics.

I turn my key to my 98 gsxr 750 fuel injected bike and the only thing that comes on are the lights and horn. no noise what so ever. Bike wont crank unless a charger is put directly up to the starter and...


Is your "kill switch" on or off?

1998, is your battery new and up to snuff? Do a hydro test on it ... 1200 is a good reading, A volt test should show at least 11 Volts DC. If this is all ok ... You might want to check the start relay. Check these things, if they are ok, send me a 'comment' to this question and we will go int the testing for the start relay.

Timing for Honda TMX 155.


I have twou TMX155 pero di naman masyadong nagiging problema ang Timing madali lang yan kung bago ang spark plug mo your not required to udjust it anymore kasi standard na po iyon, better chek the contactpoit kung sakto po sa kompresion stoke dapat po mga 15degrees po befor the top dedcenter compresion stroke nag start na po bumukas yung contact point, or 30 degrees befor top ded center dumidikit na po yung camlobe sa contactpoit arm yunpong camlobe yunpo yung nandun sa magneto na natatangal minsan yung may spring makikita nyo po yung isang side ng outside surface e mas mataas kesa dunsa kabila allways put the camlobe inline w/ the keyway po yung kunya yung parang half moon, pag ganon po ang alighnement ay walang problema, then balik po sa contact point timing kung tama din po yung timing, at nag luluko parin dapat po check nyo na yung ignition coil baka po damage na pag malamig pa ok pero po pag uminit na nagbabago napo yung delivery ng koryente so it should be replaced na, pag po ang TMX ay gamit na gamit sa tricycle after 6 years po ang advice kopo palitan po ang ignition coil, carburador at yung camlobe, para po maiwasan na palaging nagluluko kasi po wornout na po iyung mga pyesa, yung carburador pag 6 years na naka trycicle matakaw na po sa gasulina maski palitan pa ng karayum at dinarin po bumababa ang minor, yun naman pong camlobe ay masyado napng mababa kya mahirap na pong makuha yung accurate timing, yun namang ignition coil ay mahina na ang deliver ng koryente. ibang mechanick dinila inaadvice ito kasi ayaw nila gumastos ang costomer pero mas makakatipid kayo dito kesa pabalik balik sa mekaniko. yunpong makina as long na inaalagaan po ninyo sa langis dipo agad masisira yan at aslong na di anaabuso yung sobrang tulin sobrang bigat ng hatak aabot po yan ng 8 to 9 years bago mag overhoul. tnk's (ashley mercado)

If the light has not stop blinking when you wait ten minutes then it is not going to crank. My does it a lot but after 10 minutes the light has stopped blinking. I think that the ignition switch needs replacing or maybe just the key is worn out. I think when anybody goes to fix this GM problem it is a guessing game.
