a 6ya Mechanic can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Mechanic (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: replace brakepads 125 sym huskey
You said brake PADS so i am assuming you mean the front wheel (rear probably drum) Any way you shoul find 1 or 2 bolts holding the caliper to your front forks. Remove these bolts and pull the caliper up and off the rotor (shiny flying saucer) note how pads are orientated in the caliper before pulling them out and make sure you have the replacements w/you before you even begin this process. Pads will remove by hand....Good Luck to you friend...Tim

Check the wiring for a loose connector. Check grounding. The click is most likely the solenoid that is supposed to connect the high amperage to the starter motor.
Starter motor needs replaced
Wiring batt> starter came apart/ worn through insul.
so electricity not getting to starter.
Engine locked up - starter can't turn it (bad news)
Call the dealer or mfr about a service manual, or look up clymer books (publications?). Meantime, goto library reference section 646
