Pw 80 small kids crosser

look at this

http://www.pwonly.com/schematics/pw50_pics/carb.jpg

the 50 and 80 are praticaly the same carb look at the picture nut and bolt
22 and 23 they remove the carb from the engine

u may have to remove the air box or at least the rubber joiner if there is one i expect there is so u can pull the carb out of the engine

and once removed there will be cables for throtle and choke u must remove the top of the carb to unclip the cables they can be fiddly a oil pipe inportant remember where it goes and remember to fit it back on when the carb goes on

it would not be good if u forget

best of luck if :)

SOURCE: how do you remove the seat ?? on a pw80 yamaha

There should be two bolts/ one per side on the rear side panels. The should be about 10mm and they hold the side panels and the rear of the seat to the frame. Remove those two bolts, and then slide your seat rearward, because there is a plastic tab that holds the seat to the gas tank. Installation is reverse. Slide fwd, install bolts. Good Luck.22
