U need a resistor something to reduce the power ur board in the light shuld have one built in it may have gone leds run on typicaly around 3v ur bike produces between 12 and 14 v its the same as when u fit led indicators u need to restrict that power down

im asumeing the brake light dont work because the leds are dead not because there is no power to them

best advice i can give is u need a in line resistor similar to the ones used on led indicators they take away some of the power and release it as heat energy with the decresed current the leds shuld be almost just as bright and last a lot longer hope this helps

What will make the back running lights not work but the turn signals do and the brake light don't work from the foot pedal but does work from the hand lever on a 2006 1200 sporster

Normally, on most Harleys, the rear turn signals are just that, and not running lights.
If yours DID function as running lights as well as turn signals, then check the bulbs.
If they're incandescent bulbs and not LEDs, they should have 2 elements, and 1 of the elements might be burned out.

As far as the brake light not working from the rear brake pedal, it might be the switch itself, or a wire could have came unplugged.

2007 Suzuki GSX-R 600 all lights and horn quit working

Could be ignition fuse. If not that then check the large block connectors which are usually located on the left hand side at the front of the bike behind the cowling beneath the handle bar. These connectors are notorious on GSXR's

No problem. i have a chance to buy a 2007 600 gsxr with 2500 miles in what appears to be emaculate condition for 4000.00. i wanted to find out if there are any major flaws that will make this bike come...

The biggest difference is that the 2007 GSXR 600 has fuel injection instead of carbs. The FI symbol will alert you that the sensors on the Fuel Injection system have found a problem. When that happens, a dealer will be needed to hook up a code reader to see what the problem is. A dirty air filter is something you can fix. A fuel mapping problem is for the dealer to fix. Minor FI problems still let the bike run. Major problems shut down the fuel system so the engine will not even start. Other than that, just be sure the bike shifts smooth and easy and that all electrics and brakes work properly. How old is the battery? How much life is left in the chain? Does the clutch operate properly? How soon before new tires will be needed? I hope this helps. Please rate my answer.

I've got a 2007 GSXR 600 with 7454 Miles which I'm looking to sell. It's had a service at 561 miles but i've just noticed that it hasn't had the 4,000 service. Will this effect the price dramatically?

NO. I've never personally had a suzuki gsx-r but as long as it is in good running condition, its not leaking any fluids, has good tires and brakes, and doesnt look crappy, the 4000 mile suggested maintnence wont effect the price. Good luck with the sale!

Drivers side tillight do;s not work but braklights do how do i fix it

You have a 2 filliment bulb, only the low filliment is burned or broken. This allows both the blinker and the brake lights to work but you have no parking or running light. Change the bulb, should be ok,

My 2004 gsxr 600 turn signals don't work. I have led break light and led rear turn signals. The stock front turn signals are currently off the bike but even when I plug them in they still don't work. Also...

have you changed the flasher relay to run led indicators if not you will need to you cant run standard bulb indicators and led together. and with the brake like sounds like pulling on the cable when on lock causing switch to stay on check that location of the wiring is correct and sufficient freeplay

Suzuki k6 turn signal and park light dont work .but head light and brake light still does

This is either a ground issue or 2 separate problems. Check the tail bulbs there should be 2 filaments in them unless they are LED. In the case that they are led Check the grounds and the fuses.

Burning Tail Light 999

I've heard that using plate re-locators and after-market exhausts can cause vibration that'll break the filaments in the bulbs. I just had a turn signal go out this morning. The (very standard and readily available) model 5008 is the direct replacement for the turn signal bulbs and a 2-pack at the auto store (Autozone, etc) is $1.75 or so. 12 volt, 10 watt. There are LED replacements for them that won't break, but since the stock bulb is 10 watts, you'd be hard pressed to find an LED bulb that puts out that brightness. If you go LED, you also have to make sure it has a resistor built in. LED bulbs intended for turn signal use have them, ones for brake lights etc don't. PS: I think the brake/ running light bulb is an 1157, dual filament. I haven't had to replace that one yet though so I'm not sure, check it first!!!
