ur choke is not workin properly n the carb float is stickin causin fuel leakage--u shud get a repair manual and read how to disassemble it for cleanin and ajustment

sounds like the float is stuck,inside the carb.try tapping on it with something or hold the front brake and bounce the front end,if that fixes it ,its only temparary,need new carb ki ,installed

sounds like your needle valve is sticking need to take carb apat and clean the needle and seat

If the screw is on the air filter side of the slide of the carb then it regulates air and screwing it in will make the idle circuit run richer (more fuel, less bleed air). If it is on the engine side of the slide then it regulates fuel and screwing it in will make the idle circuit run leaner (less fuel).
