Re: remove front wheel 1990 zzr1100
Hi ...... You need to support the bike level (front paddock stand) and undo one side pinch bolt then using the hex adapter for that side unscrew anticlockwise ..................... I cant remember whether it's a 15mm or 17mm. The front spindle is threaded both sides. Support wheel & pull spindle out. Assembly is reverse but you have to make sure speedo drive is engaged correctly prior to tightening up.

I would contact a Kawaski Ninja forum and see what is available. I joined one for one of my bikes and they had a video showing how to take it off. The forum I visited did not post it on youtube interestingly enough...
Also you may want to try downloading a service manual. There are many sites like tradebit that offer these at $10. If you are willing to take the time here is one site that claims you may download for free; Kawasaki zx11 zzr1100 service manual
Remove lower faring at front wheel. Turn wheel and remove the three screws on lower faring one on each side and one in the center. Pull out toward the front slightly and down. If you need to pop out the next piece up by slightly pushing out on the faring sides. Water pump is right there beside the oil filter.
To do this safely and securely you will need to obtain a front paddock stand which supports your front wheel, you will then need a "24mm hex drive socket" to loosen the wheel, pull the spindle out and wheel shoul slide out easily.
you need zzr1100/d rear wheel and all spacers, get whole wheel if poss. you also need rear shock from d or c zzr1100. this will bring bike back to ride hight. play with spacers and away you go, makes it little bit nippy.
a) new bulb
b) remove fasteners between upper and lower fairings so upper fairing can be removed
d) remove mirrors (which hold on upper fairing)
e) remove and replace headlight bulb
f) replace everything
The relay is in/on the circuit board mounted under the seat. Should have one large or two small pulgs going to it. Two small realys on that board. Best way to check the power out of the realy to the fuel pump is to unplug the pump and read the two wires for 12 Vdc.
Look on the lower faring under the front wheel. Turn it left and you will see the screw on the bottom right side and also the center screw. Turn the wheel the other way and you will see the other screw. Slightly pull toward the front wheel and down. The bottom piece will come off. There are plastic clips on each sid so be careful. Next pop the next piece above it out.Press slightly out on faring sides.and it should fall out. You can now see the oil filter water pump and hose. This is also how you change the oil filter. Oil drain plug is under bike. If you need to go higher remove wire screen. If you need to go higher it gets a lot harder.
