Question about 2006 Honda ANF125 Innova
Need some tips for tuning my 2009 Honda ANF INNOVA 125cc! Fuel Controller,Exhaust,Air Filter.
If you tune your ANF so it has more power than is legal for a learner (UK) you can get into all sorts of trouble as your bike will not be Insured, taxed or have a legal MOT (UK) not sure where you are and the laws of your country, but a unrestricted exhaust, K&N air filter, and fitting the right jets to suit the exhaust & air filter will give you more power, or you can add a big bore kit (142.5cc), but its not advisable if you are restricted to a 125, but if you dont care about laws or are using it on privete land or race track add one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-ANF125-to-142-5cc-INNOVA-WAVE-CYLINDER-JAPAN-PISTON-KOLBEN-KIT-ANF-125-/261663079330?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts_13&hash=item3cec55bba2
you will also need to put a smaller rear sprocket or larger front, as the engine will have more power so the gearing will be wrong and the engine/gearbox will scream at top speed

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I had an 07, I had to remove the lower and side fairings and then the bolts are visible, dont just lift it up because wires and the fuel line will be connected and tight. When you lift it, lift easily so you dont just rip everything, you should be able to lift it high enough to disconect the wires without damage.

Keeping all of the parts together, making sure the chain is tight when you put the rim back on, adding enough air to pop the bead back into place. thats about it

the jetting should not be a problem, perhaps the air cleaner element is dirty or the element even if it looks ok sometimes needs a new one, the smaller motors often rely on the right intake vacumn through the filter for the carbs to work as designed
