Easiest way to deep clean carbs

obviously pull them. Take them apart. would be easier to know what carb you are talking about. I will use a Keihin PWK for example. Use Berrymans carb cleaner. Some cleaners are like water. Remove all jets and air/ fuel screw. spray everything and look through every hole of every jet. Blow it out with compressed air. Be sure to not lose the parts. Stay organized. Use a Q-tip with very small amount of Mother's aluminum polish and stick it in the needle seat and spin it. It will clean and shine that puppy big time. Clean the area with carb cleaner to get polish out. Make sure when you disassembled that you counted your turns on all of your idle, air screw adjustments. Reassemble when all is clean. Obviously I am hitting very basics here. Be sure to not over tighten the bowl screws. Good luck.

Toque spec for clutch springs

You can play an adjustment with your spring, the best adjustment is when your bike does't have a running cluth situation, and once you press the cluth lever and release it you'll have power just like jumping .and thats it.

I need to know how much tansmission oil should go

there will be a number on the crank case by the place where you pour the oil in. It will be im millileters so you will need to convert or measure with mL, usually its about 650mL or so for 125s.
