I had this same problem its the teeth on the bottom of the speedo take your front tire off be careful with your brakes slide out the axle then just turn your front wheel to one side and the speedo wiil fall out I am willing to bet that the teeth are broken on the end they are made of plastic if you want something a little more detailed just drop me a line at j.rberrios@yahoo.com

I have a 2004 suzuki volusia 800cc my speedometer doesn't work but it doesn't count mileage well ex. I have driven about 400 miles and it calculated 4 miles is there any possible solution. the wires are...


Have you had your front wheel off at any time?

What usually happens is the magnetic speed sensor at the front wheel was not lined up properly when the wheel was replace and it broke. A very common occurrence.

You can feel the enging backfire/sputtering.


i know exactly what u mean it does the same thing to me. try to tighten up the carborater screw on it.
