What oil do i put in the engine i have a rm125 2006 model

you will need to put just under 2 liters in i would go with 1.8 liters of good quality oil,
i would recommend either one of these ,
SILKOLENE PRO 4 PLUS 10W-50
or
SILKOLENE SUPER 4 10W-40
its recommended to change oil every 6 to 8 months but i like to do an oil change roughly every 3 months , but if you use your bike everyday i would change it a bit more often to insure max protection for your engine

you can use the expensive oil such as silkolene light gear oil or you can use 10w40 semi synthetic car oil. we have used this for 15 years of racing. never had a problem with it. never even had to change a clutch.hope this helps.

hi buddy use 750mls off light gear oil buy silkolene light gear oil buddy also try adjusting the clutch cable and it shal run ok get back to me if no change

hi buddy for the engine you use silkolene comp 2 premix and you mix it with a mixture bottle buy off ebay with a ratio off 40:1 or it goes into a bottle on the bike and for gearbox use light gear oil use 350mls hope this helped

hi buddy use {silkolene comp gear oil 10w-90} or you can use {silkolene pro srg 75w} this oil is more race use either is good quality not cheap oil good luck buddy

hi buddy for engine oil use silkolene comp 2 plus sx or silkolene comp 2 premix also for gear oil use silkolene light gear oil and for coolant use silkolene pro cool also mix the oil with a mixture bottle on ebay etc use 40:1 ratio

hi mate there is nothing to look out for except how you ride it and handling the power butthe most important is maintaining you must buy this stuff to maintain your crosser {SILKOLENE PRO 4 PLUS 5W-40}{SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER OIL}{OIL FILTER}{AIR FILTER}{SILKOLENE CHAIN LUBE} AND SPARK PLUG ALSO MAYBE SOME WD40
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

HTE RM'S ARE GREAT BIKES CHECK WITH A DEALER, I THINK THEY WILL TELL YOU TO USE A SYNTHETIC OIL BUT THE MIX IS 32-1

hi mate gear oil wise you need light gear oil i reccomend silkolene,motorex,morris,rock oil for 2 stroke wise you need to buy a mixing bottle of ebay or something with a ratio of 32/1 and i use silkolene comp 2 premix competition oil descent stuff its 10 pound for 1 litre

Use 10w40 motor oil in the gear box. Don't use any synthetic oils, oil marked "EC", or oil with "special" additives. Stick with the major brands; Pennzoil, Quaker State, Mobil or Shell. If in a hot area like Texas or New Mexico go with 20w50.



Use TWO STROKE ENGINE OIL in the pump. If not using an automatic oil pump, then mix the gas and oil 32 to 1. That equals 4 ounces of TWO STROKE ENGINE OIL to one gallon of gas. NEVER use motor oil in the gas. Only two stroke engine oil.
