If you've tried using a shot of aerostart, and it won't fire there are only two MAIN reasons for that...no spark at the right time, or your valves are not sealing at the right time.

I hope this helps you, as with all problems, I wish I was there to experience what's happening.

Good luck, and thanks for letting us at FixYa.com help

Oil leak on kawasaki 250 stockman cant seam to find it

Hi, Bob due to the magnitude of yesterday's solar flare my night and x-ray vision optical devices have become inoperable so you will have to be my eyes, to find the source of your oil leak, start at the point where you see oil and trace its path going up and forward, if there is too much oil present then buy a spray can of engine degreaser apply it to the affected area then rinse off with a pressure wand or garden hose, use compressed air to blow off excess water or just let it drip dry, take your bike for a 5 mile ride and check for the leaks. I was changing blinker and crossed a wire it shorted out lost all power to motorcycle and all fuses in fuse box are good what could be problem and where is it located

Hi, Leslie either your battery is dead, your main fuse is blown or you have a battery connection issue or you have a dead short which is usually the easiest to find. Using a test light connected to the hot side of the blown fuse holder, start probing the wire leaving the fuse holder about an inch away the test light should illuminate, keep probing towards the ignition switch until the test light no longer illuminates you are now very close to the short. Good luck and have a nice day.

Not always starting with electric starter.Jump starts straight away. After a sixteen mile run it sometimes starts and sometimes needs to be jump started.

Have the battery tested. Motorcycle batteries don't have a long life unless really taken care of.

If the battery is good check to be sure its charging. with the bike running it should be reading about 13.8 volts or a little higher.
