Has spark, air filter clear, spark arester clear, seems to be flooding
Do you have good compression.
If its flooding then its probably a carb issue. Strip and clean carb, check diaphrams and reset hi and low screws to standard settings. Screw both needles in and unscrew them:- H 3/4 of a turn anticlockwise and L 1 full turn anti clockwise.
Here's the breakdown for the carb. (dont use airlines to clean carbs)

Husqvarna says the initial carburetor needle valve settings are from lightly seated 1 turn CCW for both H & L.

Once flooded Huskys are very hard to start. This works well on my 359.

this new gas is a carb killer you will need a new diaphragm for the carb and there is a little screan next to the needle and seat that can be cleaned. about a 5.00 repair if done right.. use marine gas
