Question about 2006 KTM 560 SMR
If im in the garage and I start it after it warms up it will start but not as easy as when its cold, if I ride it it wont start while warm at all. I live in Salt Lake City Utah. I adjusted the valves which were very tight which improved its cold starting. The oil and filter has been changed and Im running it on 107 octane fuel. Last time I rode it was this past july I took it out and it ran good didnt try to ride it until Nov and it wouldnt restart while hot so I adjusted the valves. It also pops through the exhaust when the motor decelerates when I rev it and cut the throttle back and the motor decelerates but thats been happenening since I bought the bike.
Those symptons sound like too rich , air filter clean , plugs dirty
nothing blocking the air intake make sure the valve clearances are as per manual
burnt valves ?
get a compression test done
