Question about 1999 kawasaki VN 1500 Vulcan Classic
Either the tip over switch is bad, a simple fix or either the resistor in the ignition switch is bad. just for arguments sake check the coils for power going to them, its highly unlikely that the coils are bad, maybe one but not both. i would start with the tip over switch or the resistor (most likely)
