According to information I have found this model uses what is called a Stator to keep the battery charged. If you aren't knowledgeable about Stators, check this video out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWU2TbEePsY&feature=related

The following is a website that shows a inexpensive repair. http://www.vn750.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16839

Is there a fuesable link in the aultonator in a 2002 mazada626

Take the alternator to an auto parts store and get it tested. I have had many rebuilts that were no good over the years. Also check it with a second Voltage tester to confirm yours is correct.

How do i find the fuseable link for the aultonator in a 2002 mazda 626?

by new battery you mean brand new off the shelf in which case the voltage would have been 12.5volts and not 11.5 volts. battery voltage will drop while cranking an engine but should recover to 12 volts when stopped. The alternators charge directly to the battery by the red wire from the back of the alternator to the positive terminal of the battery. The other smaller wires are for the regulator control and charge lights. Take the vehicle to an accredited auto electrician to have the fault rectified.

Took bike to mechanic for tire an after he test drove it an ever since bike wont charge the baterry an in back of bike where tail light is there is two black wiring plugs that look like they should go...

dont know what bike you have, but there is no wires at tail light that will affect charging.
Most bikes have a stator that produces AC voltage powered by magnet in the flywheel, this then goes into a rectifier\regulator, which converts to DC and regulates voltage and then to the battery
The regulator will have 1 or 2 plugs and 5 wires 1 red 1black and 3 yellow or white

The plugs you describe sound like indicator or earth wires , a power wire wont have a male bullet

CHARGE BATTERY, THEN START BIKE UP. AFTER RIDING

Sounds like you are not getting a charge from the alternator. You need to check battery voltage with a meter with the engine off, key off. Then again with it running, and the voltage should increase. If not, it's not charging.

Bike wont actually 2003 honda cbr 600rr

In cleaning your bike you have caused some sort of problem. Start with checking the battery terminals to make sure they are connecting properly. That is what your problem sounds like. Then check to make sure you have not dislodged any electrical wires, and lastly, get your battery checked to make sure that it has not dis-charged during your cleaning operation. This would be easier with a manual if you have one.

Want hold a charge

get a test light and a schematic. unplug stator plug.start bike ,make sure battery has full charge. test each pin on connector that is attatched to the 3 yellow wires.should light on each pin. if all good check for burn marks around connectors, front & back sides, and on wires. if no power on yellow wires, stator problem. if power, plug connector together, now test for voltage in wires on the voltage regulator side of the connector, to see if the voltage is making it through the connector.if there is power to volt. regulator, test w/ multi meter across battery leads to see if there is charging voltage to battery, approximately 13-15 volts. if only battery voltage(12.2 or less) while bike is running, voltage regulator is no good.if charging good, but bike wont start after prolonged sitting(say overnight) a system amp draw test is needed to see if something is staying powered up while bike is not running, drawing down battery.
