I have your solution, however unless you are a mathmatic genius i suggest you purchase a ratio right (rite). think they are 5$ at autoparts store. the amount is 290 cc plus or minus 2.5 cc

Standard amount of fork oil for Honda xrm 125, what is best 2t or fork oil, my front fork is so bumpy

The fork oil does not have anything to do with the kind of engine do you have, 2t or 4t. Doesn't matter.
You need to replace the fork oil, you need to know the year of the fork. means, you need to know if it's a bladder or non bladder fork.
oil height of the bladder fork is approx. 70mm, non bladder forks run about 100mm oil level.
oil amount is about 530-600cc per leg

Type of oil and spark plugs for ctf 150

Just use standard motorcycle oil 10W40 do not use semi or full synthetic as it will not give you any benefits. For spark plug just use factory standard which you can see on the spark plug's neck.
Good enough?

Front brakes are rubbing on crf 150f how do you fix that?

if they are rubbing very lightly this is nornal for a disc brake, if they are dragging, then you may have a problem in the caliper.
Just make sure they are tightly fastened to the forkand there is no debris in the caliper.

CRF 150 Honda 2007 oil change

Hi Niven

There are also 2 separate drains/fillers one for the transmission and the othe for the crankcase . The measure is 620 ml per side, although some guys run up to 700 ml on the transmission. 10W-40 is the correct weight for the engine side. On the trans side a Transmission specific oil in an 80W or 85W grade. Maxima Extra full synthetic is the best oil you can buy for the engine. Maxima MTL is the best for transmissions.
