Greetings,

Since this deals with the light/turn signal, it sounds like you would need to unscrew that portion of your scooter and the relay should be present there. You can use an image from ebay to help you identify it once you've unscrewed the covering for your flasher/blinker.

Do you mean the Schwinn 230 recumbent bike? Then Schwinn has the manual for two models (released in different years) on their product manuals page: http://www.schwinnfitness.com/schwinn_fitness_us/customerservice/manualsen.jsp . Expand the section on Recumbent Bikes and scroll through the list.
