There could be several casues. Vacuum leak, especially at the manifold, bad/fouled plugs or wires, water or dirt in the fuel system and even a low battery can cause misses. I would try spraying a little starting fluid on the manifold seals to see if your engine speeds up. If it does, its the seals

Miss fire after up to temp and runfor short amount of time. I get a miss fire coming to a stop..drops to cylinders or 1. will not accelerate at all boggs with miss fire.

Check your tank vent. Ride the bike until it stalls, pull over and pop open the gas tank lid. If you hear a "ffffwwwwwah" of air being sucked in when you open the tank, your air vent is blocked. The bike runs great when you start out, but as fuel is taken out of the tank no air can get in to replace it and the tank develops a vacuum.

My bike runs good up to third gear then when you go to forth gear the bike struggles almost like a cylinder is miss firing in i had the engine light come on when i down shift the light gos off have yo

I believe you have a carburetor. There should be a rubber boot from the carb, to the airfilter. the boot may have come loose for the carb. and is taking in to much air.
Mind did the samething when it reached higher rpms...

Did you clean out your idle and main jets? If you did already you might have a intake air leak..

Car struggles to start struggles to get up to speed struggles to idle

Sounds like a miss fire, try a tune up if its been a while since your last one. Plugs wires air filter, etc.
Look at your exhaust with the car idling, if its dark grey then you have unburnt fuel in your exhaust and a tuneup is a good place to start. If it is blueish grey then you are probably burning oil and may need an intake gasket or valve seals.
Also check your fluid levels, especially coolant and oil. if the oil level is high and the coolant is low you may have a deeper issue and may need to take it to a repair shop.

Engine miss fires. tinny sound from exhaust. engine shuts down at or near idle.

Sounds as if the back pressure is making it pop when you shut it down. If the bike has know problems when Idling or running then don't worry about it.

Definitely carb problems. Dieaphrams need to be checked and the carbs need to be synced.

I would check that the rubber seals for the Choke circuit are in good shape and that the choke is actually working properly.
