What are the differences between the 09 Road King and the Classic

I know the pipe ends are different as well as the bags, and wheels is there anything else? Oh also Cruise come standard.

Harley changed about 40 things on thr 09 all of them good compaired to the 08 and earlyer frame exhaust system front end geomertyengine to trans to frame mounting thoes are most noticeable hope this helps some. cruse is a option.

I use some spray wax on the inside of the hose. It makes it go on a little easier but they're still a pain to install.

I have a 2006 road king classic and got samson 2 inch drag pipes slip ons with no baffles will it hurt the motor to run them with out the baffles


No it won't hurt anything as long as your pipes are long enough. If they're way too short, you'll burn your exhaust valves up. As long as the pipes reach at least the front of the rear wheel, you should be fine running it straight piped. It'll make her sound good too. You'll be pleased with the sound change

With no owners manuel how do I properly adjust the air shocks on my 2005 road king classic


I have a 2008, and for solo, air the shocks to 10 psi, me and the wife, 15 psi.

The air valve is behind the left saddle bag under the chrome trim rail.

Take yoar right saddle bag off.unbolt the front bracket to let the strap free unscrew at back and lift up and back.

Will 1996 road king pipes fit a 1993 ulta classic


no they wont due to the diffrence in the end of the pipe. 95 and earlier have a flanged end where 96 and later do not have that flange. if you cut the flange off then they will fit.
