A power commander can give u beter botom end power, if u have put a pipe and/or intake mods, u need a remaping to get youre optimal fule control and the power comander dose that well

My 2000 buell no power on acceleretion?

I think the 2000 x1 was fuel injected. You might have bad gas, a weak fuel pump, a plugged up air filter, any number of things. is there a check engine light on?

Hi there own a ford f350 2004 6.0 power stroke it's starting smoking heavily White and smells as if it's unspent diesel it I have replaced EGR cooler and valve as thy were deleted runs lumpy but still got...

This could be the FICM or the injectors. If you have a code reader, it can help determine if its the FICM. You can also check out this thread
You are probably already aware of all the 6.0 problems. It does sound like a fuel issue. The injectors are unfortunately a problem and very sensitive(don't ever run out of gas). If one injector is bad or going bad, truck will run rough at idle but once rpms get up, the truck will seem to run better. When 2 or more injectors go bad, truck will barely run. In either case, power will be very low at lower rpms.

What size amp needed with a sony explod player?

this bandpass enclosure is rated peak power at 1200 watts . what this means is that each subwoofer in the is peaked at 600watts to make 1200 watts . what your looking for is to power up the subs with rms continuous wattage . you need an amp that will put out 400 to 500 rms a channel to run this sub enclosure at 800 to 1000 watts rms to keep the speaker from blowing

I have a 2003 vtx 1800s with hyper charger and custom exhaust dont know what kind bought it this way.The bike keeps fowling sparkplugs every 4 to6 hundred miles what is wrong with bike

You have a fuel injected motorcycle. It is made to work with a stock intake and exhaust. When you alter the stock system it does not know how to compensate for some of the conditions that will come up. Most people buy a Power Commander and program it to compensate for the changes that the stock system will not compensate for. If you already have a Power Commander then you should hook it back up the computer and reprogram it or look on line to see if there is a better map available for the changes on your bike. If you do not have a Commander get, get one. If you already have one, get your program disc and cables and re-map it or take your cycle to someone who can.

If you have changed the air cleaner intake in any way , or the exhaust system in any way , you probably need to put a Power Commander on the cycle. If you have a Power Commander on the already, you need to hook your motorcycle back up to your computer and try a different map for your CDI box. Fuel injected motorcycles are very precisely made. They do not have the ability to compensate for changes you make to the intake and exhaust. By adding a Power Commander, You get the ability to change the fuel injection/power curve to match the changes made to the stock set up. To fix your bike you have to either put your bike back to stock ,or add (or remap) the Power Commander. If your bike is stock and giving you these issues, take it back to the dealer and have the fuel injection system checked out.

Kind of hard to flood a Fuel Injection takes a hardware failure. But you do have a Power Commander (Fuel Injection Controller) installed, so it is possible that it is tuned for much warmer weather and not giving you the proper mixture for cold weather. Also possible that the unit has fried.

If your Power Commander is anything like mine, it should have a few buttons on the outside for quick adjustments...just remember where it was set at.

You can also hook the Power Commander up to your computer and load the default "map" for your bike. This is the closest you will get to "stock" settings without uninstalling the unit. If you need the default map, just browse to the Power Commander's website. Make a backup of your current map before changing it.

the fuel is lean on the bottom, i dont know if the power commander can add some fuel or not. Why disconnect air injection, also if disconnected is the exhaust leaking.
