Out of 9 sensor that would shut the injection off, I for got to set the tip-over sensor up straight.it for when the bike ever tip-over it cut off current supplied to the fuel pump, fuel injectors, and ignition coils.

Did you R/R the pump & relay for this no start condition? First ck ALL the fuses if OK you probably have an electrical short. Ck ground circuits too.

07 Impala rear driver side brake light and turn signal does not work, but when I checked the bulb it was working just not when I press the brake. The left turn signal on the dash also blinks rapidly.

Sounds like a possible bad ground connection.
Make sure the contacts for the bulb are clean.
Make sure the cround connection is not corroded.

My 2007 dodge charger didn't crank so I jumped it

A battery from 07 is still decently new to be that bad, but I would check the alternator first, just get the car running and unhook the positive cable from the battery, if the car dies the alternator is bad.

Just talking about tail lamps, did you check the fuse? Not only check the fuse, use a test light and check voltage on fuse circuit. At the tail lamps, the brown wire is voltage, headlamp switch on. The black wire is ground, check them both. You can check ground with test light, one end of test light touch battery voltage, the other end touches the ground wire terminal, if the light comes on, the ground is good enough to turn on the test light.
Usually the first thing you do is check voltage and ground on this circuit before changing parts. Just my opinion.

Rapid right turn signal on dash but no right rear turn ligt at all

What that rapid turn signal on the dash means is, the rear turn signal tail light is burnt out. This is how you know the bulb is bad. Replace the burnt out tail light bulb and you will be back to normal.
