When I raced I was only able to get about 4 races on my back sprocket. If you race you must do it at the same time, but if you do not look at the back sprocket and once the teeth start to bend a little bit, CHANGE IT, before teeth start breaking off.

No spark from coil to plug

If you have no spark it's usually the coil, coil lead, plug cap, or the plug itself. It's not usually the ECU, or you wont get spark on any cylinders. I presume this is related to just 1 coil?

If you have spark on the other cylinders then try swapping plug caps, leads and even the whole coil if you can to try and find out what the problem is. I'm not familiar with the CBR250 ignition system but they are all basically the same, just try and find out where the break is, starting at the coil.

Engine wont start

Hi! Saft question But as your B20/23 is a safe engine the Cam/timing belt hasn't sliped a few teeth. Also make sure all relays are well seated in the base including the Big round one behind the ash tray/stereo. Have you replaced the fuel relay with the correct one? they differ, one has Copper Tangs the other has plated?
Check the wires from the cam sensor at rear.
Hope this helps?
