Exmark electric clutch problem

I have Exmark Lazer Z XS, 25 HP Kubota diesel with 72" deck, 450 total hours, this is 3rd electric clutch to burn up. Last time (20 hours ago) the manufacture said they diagnosed grounding problem with aluminum motor mounts. They added a kit with new motor mounts, wire harness, and several other things. Since getting back the retrofit kit they installed had bolt rubbing mule drive belt, which broke the belt. Their fix was to remove the bolt that was rubbing and add spacer on shaft to push clutch out about 1/8 inch. Since then (20 hours) the bolt holding clutch has backed out 3 times, causing main fuse to blow. Clutch extremely hot each time. I removed spacer, ran for 30 min, now clutch won't engage. Checked switch and have 12.4 V at end of plug that attaches to clutch, so it's getting power. Any ideas on why clutch is getting so hot, and now won't work (probably burnt up 3rd clutch)?

I have an exmark lazer z hp 523 model # LHP5223KA and the electric clutch broke into. I purchased a new one but need help installing it. How do you keep everything from turning to tighten it? Any help...

The clutch has an orientation groove on it that must line up with the pin on the mowers chassis. Once you line these two up, push straight up and then tighten the bolt. This keeps the clutch from turning while you tighten the bolt.

I have exact same problem with my 1989 built LT-12 White tractor ! I Discovered that the Right side connecting Link #14802A,that connects the lift handle shaft #17154A with the Stabalizer bar #16465A, was broken where it connects with the Deck Lift handle shaft.

2007 Husqvarna Riding mower blade will not engage when switch pulled out. Fuse blows & mower dies! Help!

Sounds like you electric blade clutch is bad. I just had the same thing happen to my exmark mower. I was cutting grass and the engine just shut down. It would not crank over. Checked the fuses and replaced one blown fuse. The engine wanted to crank over but it was locked up. I looked the engine over and seen that the bearing in the electric clutch seized up causing the clutch to melt.
