hi have you checked your PC output? check it with another screen (whichever) and see if the output signal is good if soo check the cable and connections to your LCD check your PC for software configuraitions: 1) TV output 2) good resoulotion 3) media borad is strong enough to handle this LCD if all is good then maybe the TV borad is sending a low voltage/current then the LCD can see good luck

SOURCE: green light continously blinking in samsung sync master 753s
1. cpu problem. why because of there is no signal output from cpu to monitor. the led blinking means there is no vertical, horizontal signals from cpu to monitor.
2. your monitor connected to another system.
3. neck board dry points.
4. cheak the display cable. 13&14 pins are horizontal, vertical signals.1, 2, 3 pins , R G B , 6 ,7, 8 pins R G B ground ( coaxiler cable used , meshed wire is ground )

Hello,
It sounds like you have a monitor with a common problem. After a few years some LCD monitors
will blow a power supply. The problem is caused by parts called
capacitors overheating in the confined space of the monitor. If you are
good at electronics repair/soldering you can usually fix the problem. Check out a few pictures on my web site www.ccl-la.com/badcaps.htm You can take the back cover off your monitor and look for the bad parts, replace any that look like the pictures and your monitor should work
fine. The capacitors do need to be installed with the correct + and -
connections, note the stripe on the old one and insert the new one the
same way. Look in our monitor repair section for step by step repair guide for this model it should be the same power supply as the 930. If you don't want to try the repair yourself we offer a repair service for $35 plus shipping.
I hope this helps, if so please rate my solution.
